SETUP & TRAINING

At Nanova Environmental, we’re committed to providing our customers with premium support and service. Our team of authorized technicians is prepared to help you every step of the way. Our assistance ensures that each of our customers is fully knowledgeable of our products.
For a nominal fee, an NEI technician is available to assist customers with setting up their products and learning their functions in the field. Our services are designed to provide you with the most value and attention.

WARRANTY

ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY
All of our products come with a one-year factory warranty.  This warranty covers Parts and Workmanship issues within the first year of the product operation. However, products that are failed by misuse of user’s are not covered by this warranty.

EXTENDED WARRANTY
Extended warranties are also available at the time of purchasing the product or before the expiration date of the current warranty. In order to purchase an Extended Warranty it must be purchased during the original quote period or within the valid period of the warranty. Products that have exceeded the expiration date of the warranty will not be able to add an Extended Warranty.

 

SUPPORT

STANDARD PHONE/VIDEO SERVICE
Nanova Environmental provides phone and/or video support from the date a product is purchased. A service technician will respond at the earliest convenience of your original request during normal business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Our service hours is Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time (CT).
